Thread: Those with DVDs: Copyrighted Music for Performance Section?

Those of you who have produced instructional or performance DVDs:
Do you seek licensing rights from the musical artist when using a piece of music that appears on the DVD (for performance, etc.)?


I should know this question but when I put my attorney's license on inactive status, my legal brain also went on inactive status...
