Thread: EBAY: sparkling_queen costumes?

Hello,

I need a plain colored basic and was looking at the vendor sparkling_queen on Ebay (http://stores.ebay.com/sparkling4queen).

Has anyone bought a costume from them?
What was the quality?
Is the sizing true?
What are the bras like? pointy? hard cup?

Any info good or bad would be appreciated - Thank you :-)

Hi, two troupemates got those to match my King of the Nile bedlah. These are very much like Isis Exchange's bedlahs, with no structure/cup in the belt, and they use cheaper (less shiny) beads than many of the higher quality bedlahs. The bras also tend to be a bit pointy; generally not a good fit for D cups or bigger. That said, they are decent costumes for the price.

that is good to know - thank you. I think it will serve its purpose for now. Just need a cheapie I can pull out occasionally when necessary :-)

I have actually purchased one of the sets from Sparkling4Queen around the Christmas holiday and couldn't believe it when it arrived from Egypt in one week! Anyway, there are basically two sizes: regular and x-large. I bought the larger one because I am quite "hippy." It did not come with hooks/eyes to adjust the costume with. Also the bra is hard. And as Nasila said, the beading is somewhat dull. But for how inexpensive it is for a beginner bra/belt set, I overlooked these things. I also showed it to my friend who also dances (my duet partner) and she ended up buying two herself. Even though you have to adjust it to fit your body, you can't beat the price. Hope this helps.
