Thread: Red Hot Dancewear//Short sleeved unitards?

Has anyone ordered from Red Hot Dancewear?

They have good prices on basic non-mesh middle short-sleeved unitards, which are hard to find in my experience (tanks and long sleeve? No problem. Short sleeves? Ugh!). I love sugar petals, and would prefer them as they are local to me, but they offer 3/4 sleeve only.

Just want to make sure Red Hot are reputable before I turn over my hard-earned cash. I am also open to any other short-sleeve unitard (or bike short) recommendations. I teach and take classes with them as a base, and go through several a year.

I haven't done business with Red Hot yet... but BellydanceShoppe.com - BellyDanceShoppe.com has 'half-sleeve' ones (kind of a long short sleeve) in bootcut & regular leg. I like the quality of their unitards and their service is impeccable.

Thanks Lauren. Looks like they only have mesh middle, which I don't really need for class.

Can't help you on "Red Hot Dancewear," but I have a new black one languishing in my drawer that I'd love to send you. Bought the wrong size, couldn't send it back, would lurve to find it a home!

Suz, is it a leotard or a unitard? Either way I am interested (I need new class stuff desperately, I am full of holes!).

Whoops -- sorry! I misread your post. It's a leotard. I wear them with yoga pants because of the difficulty in finding short-sleeved unitards. I also have a couple of tank-style unitards that need homes, but that probably puts you right back where you started....

I haven't tried Red Hot Dancewear, but I have custom ordered unitards from this funky little place called Decent Exposures! Decent Exposures--100% Cotton Comfort Designed by Women for Women

Don't be put off by the downhome look . . . they will build it the way you want it . . . choose the fabric, sleeve length, leg length . . unitards and leotards AND you can get leggings.

They aren't cheap but their stuff wears very well as the fabrics are good . . . well, I always get cotton/lycra. I've bought their bras to use as sports bras . . . to me they are a bit heavy for everyday wear, lol.

Did I mention you can get different colors too??
