Fans for Pharaonics!
I guess I'm on a costume love-fest this morning.
The Pharaonics I love are the bedleh costumes. Amira el Kittan's designs last and last. Incredible workmanship, sturdy sparkly fringe, belts that I can do sword/floorwork in and skirts that move and float like no other. Feminine, flirty and classic "old school" styling. I find them perfect for "American audience" venues.
What's your favorite things about Pharaonics? Post your favorite picture! Post pics of the one you want!

Costume love-fest....tee-hee!!!
I agree with you about the skirts. Hubby has snapped pictures of me in mid-spin and the skirts just look amazing. No one does skirts like Amira!
The Egyptian Beauty, Elegance Entwined and Spiraling Jewels are my favorites right now.
This picture isn't even a full spin. I danced up to the ahem...photographer (a.k.a. hubby) smiled, then turned away. I can't find any pics of me in a full spin; hopefully someone else will post a pic that shows the float!! This is my pink princess Spiraling Jewels.

Re: Fans for Pharaonics!
i love how there's nothing cheap about them. They last forever, usually come with more accessories than you need, can be interchanged with other skirts (if they're a bra/belt), make even the smallest boobs look like there's something there.
sigh...loved to death
my favorite right now is my black labyrinth and 1001 nights...i have two!

Re: Fans for Pharaonics!
I want a labyrinth and a 1001 nights, and another Venus!!!!
My new favorite is the black/silver Regalia I got from Dahlal-so much rhinestone chain, and the skirt is simply fabulous. Love it love it love it.
Of course, my teal great loop and pink/wine egyptian empress are other favorites. Who am I kidding I love them all!
I find that the pharonics bras are soooo flattering on me-I can wear a 4 or 5 with no problems, and either size looks great.

Here it is-forgive the no makeup, no tanner on the legs and bad hair/goofy poses :) And the fact that I haven't fixed the bra band lol

Re: Fans for Pharaonics!
Pharaonics is my drug of choice. I'm "working from home" tomorrow because my box from Audrena is supposed to come with my new yellow "Sultana".
I custom-ordered a red Labyrinth last year. It's to die for.

Re: Fans for Pharaonics!
Actually have one, owned two that I sold and have two on the way to me.
I LOOOVE the wide flowing skirts.
I was used to Bella costumes and was amazed by the mass of fabric that goes into the pharaonics.
Plus sequins all over the chiffon skirt, so much work!

Re: Fans for Pharaonics!
OK Pharaonics Fans, what would you do?
My costume came, and, it's the wrong style. Note- this was not a custom order, just a taking advantage of Audrena's sale, and it was sent from the stuff Amira had ready. So, it's the "Orientissimo", not the "Sultana", the right color- yellow, with pretty silver and lilac accents, and the right sized bra. Everything fits. It's all yellow mesh material, flowing and very soft. I am undecided. It's pretty, but I'm not in love yet.
Audrena doesn't have a picture of it on her site, but on Dahlal it's the "Magnifiqué ".
Hmmm. I think I'm going to have to try it on again see if I'm going to keep it or send it back...

Re: Fans for Pharaonics!
I have the Orientalissmo on order from Audrena, I hope it's pretty! What don't you "love" about it? Not blingy enough, just the style?

Re: Fans for Pharaonics!
I think my only problem is that it's not exactly what I wanted. It's extremely pretty. I was just looking at it again, and the stones are particularly well-done. The skirt is very graceful (I think that's my favorite part).
Don't worry, Jody- it'll make you very happy!

Re: Fans for Pharaonics!
I have several photos (from Dahlal) of that one on my computer and even inquired about getting one made. Did you see the hot pink one that was for sale here on Bhuz recently?
I loved the other crocheted one, too. Here it's called "Vintage Vogue": https://www.dahlal.com/PDF/nov2002-2.pdf I don't remember if the one that Dahlal carried had the same neckline, but I really like the skirt.

Re: Fans for Pharaonics!
After much debate, I sent it back. I loved the yellow color, and its prettiness, but it needs someone with a waistline. A black "Prive" is on its way to me instead. Hopefully Jody will post pics of hers when it arrives!

Re: Fans for Pharaonics!
Ooh, I like "Vintage Vogue", I don't recall seeing that the first time around.
Yes, I do remember seeing the pink one here but no funds at the time.
I recently found a black/gold one on ebay but the belt was way too big, something like a 52"!
If I could ever find a black/gold one in a 38-41 that would be awesome!
BTW, was Dahlal able to get one custom made?
