Fairy Cove Silks
I just received my first veil from Meagen and love it! She custom dyed it to match a costume I just bought and it's perfect. Not only does it look beautiful, but her 8mm Habotai silk (as requested) feels incredible. Graceful, easy to handle, vibrant colors. Very fast turn around and fast shipping. Fantastic customer service too!
Highly recommended.

Re: Fairy Cove Silks
Nice! - do you have an email for them? I have tried emailing a couple of times about the custom fan veils, but didn't receive a response so I am not sure my messages are getting there.

Re: Fairy Cove Silks
I love her veils! I have a gorgeous 4 yard veil from her and plans to order several more (and possibly some for a troupe) in the next 2 months when I save up a bit more.

Re: Fairy Cove Silks
Ooooo! Ooooo! I'm awaiting a custom 4 yard from her right now. She was wonderful to work with on figuring out the design; gave me lots of attention. I wanted a 4 yard to go with a certain costume I was putting together and just couldn't find anything that was going to work.
I'm so excited!
I might be in danger of becoming an addict with a custom 4 yard veil habit.

Re: Fairy Cove Silks
I've never gotten a custom work from them, but a local vendor sells pre-made Fairy Cove veils and they are to die for! Soooooo light and floaty, like a dream.

Re: Fairy Cove Silks
Thanks, Malia, It was a pleasure dyeing for you! And I can't wait to see it all put together....
Mahsati, for some reason we're having difficulty communicating.
I will try to write you again later. I did see my fwd of my newsletter appeared successful, so please do keep trying. i don't usually have email issues.
I am expecting the fan veils next week and I have posted a bit more info on size selecting, etc for them this morning on the site.
Unfortunately you'll have to wait for me to dye them for a foto. Plans are to apply patterns on an 'arc'
Many people are very excited for the new fan veils -- high quality Made in Usa.
thanks, gals ...
back to my rainbows!
Rosette, I am awaiting more 4yds, so yours will be along shortly. just added them to my supply order, hopefully next week.. my seamstress is being a bit slow at moment. thx for your patience...
I would also like to encourage if you have a local distributor of FCS products (anywhere online or locally), please support these gals, they work very hard bringing them to you!!

Re: Fairy Cove Silks
Well, an accomplishment! My web helper managed to get it up onto the colorchart TODAY, and with its fabulous new name! Updating the website can be sporadic, so I am pleased we had it done quickly!
Here is Malia's new silk... i really like it.
It is also at the bottom of the colorchart under new colors....all the new colors on there are since 1/09...
I thought I would share as this is the first time I ever named a silk with the dancers name included.... how fun!

Re: Fairy Cove Silks
I can highly recommand fairy cove too!
I bought one veil on e-bay, listed as a 2nd quality, for a great price, and it's beautiful. I can't even understand why it was listed as a 2nd quality, everybody loves it, I love it, and my cat loves it either ;)
