i love sahars. i also like the raqia hassan costumes. i have 2 and i like the way they look and fit. she is modeling her bras after sahars and some of her designs are similar to emans.. but not all. bellydancestore had a few raqia's and emans she hasn't even put on the site yet! and she was saying she needed to buy more! she has so much inventory she doesnt even have time to get it all on the site! also she is really good at helping you pick out things..it is a blessing and a curse that she is in maryland

and damiena you need to let me know when you wear your tan "naked" costume so i can see it in action!

I found a video of the lovely Julianna of MN sporting one of those feats of engineering. It looks pretty secure to me! On everyone I've seen these on, I love how that bra gives "the girls" such a soft, rounded look.

Damiena and I were just at the Belly Dance Store last night. OH! That place is dangerous!
Everything is on sale. I tried on all the Sahars that were in my size...and the one I call "base model"- the simple one with no adornment save a rhinestone closure at the hip and the cross back bra style is the one that suited me the best. Partially because of the color- a sapphire blue sparkly fabric is just gorgeous. I plan on dressing mine up a little.
I'm convinced. Thoroughly convinced. The bras are works of engineering. I'll post pictures- before and after "adornment".

I just love the way her costumes fit. They are absolutely the most comfortable costumes I have ever owned!!

I saw the key lime chandelier! It's amazing. I never in a million years would have picked out that fabric *or* the decoration, but they both work!

They're just gorgeous! They're all so flattering too... you look beautiful!

Gorgeous costumes - One day I hope I can post pics of costumes I have bought! In the meantime I will admire and dream!

welcome to the club! i have 16 and five on order. i just had a baby so it will be a while before i loose all my weight and can fit into them. but i hope to eventually post pics!

I just rewatched the video and realized Julianna's bra closes differently in the back than mine. While mine only crosses in the back I think she converted it so she has a back strap and a halter. Does seem way more secrure to me this way! Now I'm wondering how you girls with similar Sahar bra's close them?

Oh and Damiena, you look gorgeous in those Sahars! Too bad bellydancestore doesn't have more of them online so I could shop some more too!

Here is a pic of the key lime chandelier Sahar! It is hard to tell from the picture, but the bra and hip area of the skirt are covered with faceted crystals and the fabric is super soft crushed velvet.

The blue one I got also just crosses in the back. It feels insecure, but in dancing around in it is actually was quite secure. It didn't budge. I'm adding rhinestones to it before I wear it out.
