Thread: Opulent Motion with Sarah Skinner...from World Dance New York

This DVD is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I really like the way Ms. Skinner teaches. She takes the "scary" out of the "super-slow" moves and makes them breathtaking. This is going to add a whole new dimension to my improv, too! Thanks muchly, Sarah and WDNY.

Mine arrived this morning..g.: I'll be watching it later today - can't wait!

I can confirm the dvd is so amazing!!
In the first part, which I have watched so far, Sarah demonstrated poses, how to make them beautiful (f.i. to have people get a great picture of you), and how to flow from these poses back into dance.

Sarah is also a photographer and she knows a lot about good posture and flattering poses and how to present yourself in the best light. Now with this dvd I will hopefully become as graceful as Sarah !! ..g.:

Has anyone received their copy of "Fluid Tribal" yet? I pre-ordered in the first place and I haven't received mine until now.

Hi, Fancypants!
So sorry about the delay we had there for a little while on FLUID TRIBAL. Kind of a 'funny' story....

The factory where the DVDs are actually produced finished the job on time (weeks and weeks ago) and told us they were shipped to our factory...but as the release day (last week) drew near we discovered that the DVDs had never arrived at the factory and then discovered that the person at the factory who has the job of summoning the truck had never done it! \

The DVDs were in cartons on the floor of the factory for weeks...unshipped!

Everyone was suitably embarrassed, not least of all me.

The good news is that the DVDs finally arrived at our warehouse last week Wednesday and the ALL shipped out on Thursday, including your order! So some lucky people in US already received their copy today, Saturday (that would be people here in the east of the country) and the rest of North America and Western Europe should receive delivery early next week, with Southern and Eastern Europe, and Asia orders arriving shortly afterwards.

No problem Scott! I just thought that my order got lost or something, since I've been to Britain this week. So I asked my neighbours but they didn't get anything so I'd thought I ask. ;)
