The musicality part looks best to me.
That would be an idea to continue also for cabaret or Egyptian or Turkish dvds in the future!

It looks very comprehensive, I'm a bit disappointed that I have to wait longer, I was counting the days until this got released!!
Also the Elisheva one seems to have been pushed back a bit too. Never mind, It's not like I'm short on dvd's in the meantime, got Love Potion on it's way, and Zoe Jakes's drum solo.

Yes, the menu looks comprehensive indeed.. I will start working with Anasma's hip hop fusion soon, hopefully.. this looks like a nice continuation.

One thing I would LOVE to have is a non-fusion, all Turkish Rom AUTHENTIC (not stage stylized) instructional. I love love love LOVE this way of dancing and from what I hear in various forums people travel long to get to learn with good instructors. I picture such a video would sell well. Also if a broad market should be adressed I picture something similar to Anasma's 2 dvd concept, one classical Rom dance, one futuristic fusion choreography or something similar could be a great idea. Now I cannot help much with instructor names. To get Didem might be a good idea, with subtitles :)
Or someone like Dalia Carella or Eva Cernik.. or maybe there are young students of theirs residing in NYC?

The market is also lacking a DVD which explains all the styles clearly...like what makes it a certain style...would be cool to show clips and have a voiceover, or someone on screen, discussing why the dance was a certain style.

Just received 'Fluid Tribal' and I love it. Fayzah is a fantastic dancer. I found her calm manner, clear instructions and the fluidity of her movements very inspiring. There is a great deal of original material on this DVD. It is completely different to any other DVD I own. I especially liked the musicality section with tips on the use of zills in tribal style dance.

I got my copy of this today, oh my there is just so much on it. I wasn't sure what to make of the zills section, it was long enough but I think I would have liked it to be just a bit longer. But I realise there a bit of specialised subject of their own.

I loved Fayzah, as a beginner I found her easy to follow and could understand what was going on. Even though as a beginner I did find it a bit hard to manage it all. Practice makes perfect!
