I personally am not into praise dancing *but* I don't think it's fair to sneer at people using BD for Christian purposes and yet insist that BD is spiritual in other ways, which I have seen a bit of around these parts. Just because some people don't like Christians doesn't mean they need to be mocked. Ditto pagans, I suppose.

The quality of instruction, yes, it's pretty low, and that's a valid criticism.
