    Yay! We just shot it this weekend. It will be out in November.

    Looks really great!
    I am not a big floorwork fan - but I will be getting this dvd for the pilates strengthening routine and that "minimum space maximum impact and safety" warm up!

    What a nice surprise there s a new Cheeky Girls release for autumn :)

    That looks like it would build amazing strength! It's also true that it's a lost art. I only have had one teacher that taught floor-work and I see very few people do it (other than tribal fusion, where it appears to have survived in some ways.)

    Yes, the final drafts of Nanna's DVDs have been sent to Nanna for her approval. We have changed our business agreement a bit and I'm not sure if they will end up on the Cheeky Girls label, but they will for sure be available through her website and perhaps on Amazon. Assuming she doesn't have any additional edits to request they should be available within a month.

    Wow, this looks great! I really look forward to checking out the pilates exercises, the warm-ups that can be done in restaurant closets (LOL), and the section on practicing in costume. What smart ideas, and such useful information!
