I don't know how much that affects cost but I know a few yoga dvd's have that option. A programmable matrix. You can do the routines as originally laid out or pick and choose your own. They run smoothly from one section to the next.

I think a Rania bellydance fitness dvd had a similar programmable menu.. different workout for every day of the week. "Personal Trainer"? But I m not sure about the title.

I'd love that.

Have you guys seen this rehearsal outtake of Hard Candy? just WOW for me :) I love the more modern/electronic/experimental music. You need flashplayer unfortunately, but given they provide us with this lovely exclusive preview on facebook I had to download that program :)

Will the companion CD be coming also- Love that music!

Thanks for posting! That alone makes me excited to buy it.

I had somehow misplaced Love Potion and it was driving me crazy because I hadn't even gone through the whole DVD once. I finally found it! Seeing this trailer for Hard Candy makes me want more of this series! They are excellent.

I wonder if Tanna's will be a series...hmm?

Oh, and I wish WDNY would update their upcoming dvds like they used to, whine.

So is Hard Candy supposed to be along the lines of Love Potion or the next step up in difficulty? I just got Love Potion. The dance moves aren't especially difficult, but it made me realize how out of shape I've gotten.

Speaking of fitness, it's reminding me that I need a new avatar to inspire me. I mean, look at her - she's lying there half asleep...l;,

I believe they are developed as sequels, each stepping up the difficulty. But because of the tutorials people should be fine to start with any of them.. but I'm just guessing from what I felt Love Potion was like compared with Luscious.

“HARD CANDY” is mostly intermediate in its level, but, even more important, it is different in its aesthetics.

The vocabulary is more percussive and grounded, less ethereal and flowing than in Love Potion.

Hard Candy will feature a lot of torso and hip isolations, and various percussive travel steps assembled into combinations.

Neon says that the difference in level is less than the difference in vocabulary. She wants HARD CANDY to feel different and new, to practice areas of the dance vocabulary differently from the ones that get the workout in LUSCIOUS and LOVE POTION.

I'm not sure where I found that image, but I will look for it. I probably have a bigger image somewhere on my computer and can post it. I loved it because she just looks so peaceful lying in that diaphonous summer dress on her fur rugs by a lilly pool.
