So I just browsed through amazon.com and saw that it was announced to be available at the end of November. Is it true?
Scott, will this dvd come this year, too? Because I didn't see anything on the WDNY website.

I didn't see anything announced on the WDNY website so this is reason why I'm asking if this will be out next month or if we have to wait until next year.

I just discovered Sera within the last year, I have appreciated her unique style but after seeing this Tribal Fest performance I am completely taken, she has really evolved into a stunning performer. I am thinking about ordering one of her DVD's. Her style of fusion is so fluid, captivating and innovative.

Agreed w Blueyeddancer; I have only seen Sera on DVD and am captivated by her, also really like her vid teaching style. Taught part of her East Coast Tribal to my troupe & it was a blast & huge hit, & we learned a lot [we don't do a lot of modern Tribal fusion usually] She also has a tres cool biography, taught dance in India to victims of domestic vioence, read up on her.

I like her. I have one of her DVDs and a performance on another DVD. I swear that girl is 7 feet tall, straight as a board, and that gives her a little bit of a difference from everyone else. Rachel Brice moves like a snake, Ansuya makes me think of a cat, but I can't really put Sera in words yet. Well, on the performance DVD she starts out on the floor and brings her elbows and head up first and it's very spider-like, which was cool (I like spiders).

I think the dance you're describing is on Fantasy Bellydance where she does the "Shadow" performance, that one is what called my attention to her. She is fast becoming one of my favorite fusion dancers. Love her.
