Can you tell us the length of the dvd? Can you also give us more information about the length of the drill section and the combo section? I'm hoping for a less talky and more doing (while talking) dvd.

HOLY GUACAMOLE, BATMAN!!! I literally just mentioned in another thread how my "choppy" arms are my "Mt. Everest"--they are my nemesis technique that I must work on!!! I must have this...! *Runs off to show Hubby what to get me for Christmas*,r:;

Congratulations Aziza, I've always admired your arms so I'm sure this will be great. Have you looked into making a trailer for the DVD? That will really boost sales!

Aziza is one of my favorite instructors ever!!! Esp on dvd! I'm so happy that she is finally doing more instructional dvds! Lets hope she's going to be doing a lot more this year! Hooray!!

I notice she's wearing the beautiful green bra/belt set that was stollen from her car last month. I wonder if she ever got them back?
