Thread: Combination Nation DVDs

I wonder if anyone knows the running time for the combos (if you did all of them, one after another) on each of the Combination Nation DVDs? They sound good. Thanks.

I have both DVDs and they are really great! The total run time for CN1 is 2 hours and the total run time for CN2 is about 2 and a half hours. There are about 12 combinations on each DVD and they vary in length but are usually couple of minutes long each. Is that what you were asking?

Thanks, Mintaka. Yes, that is kind of what I was asking. I dislike instructional DVDs for the most part. I usually look for something which allows a continuous workout for about 20-30 minutes or longer, not too hard, not too easy, without too much stopping & starting of the equipment. It sounds like the Combination Nation DVDs would be a good addition to my library. I think they will allow playing combinations in sequence, without doing the instructional parts. Is that correct? Thanks again.

Yes, they are set up to have the instructor talk through the combo and then drill through to music several times without stopping. You can skip the talking through part and go straight to drilling with the music.
