I am coming out of lurkdom to ask: Does the pre-order price on WDNY ($24 something) include shipping? I don't remember seeing a shipping charge, and I'm wondering if my copy won't be shipped until I do something about it! If it helps at all, I paid with paypal.

I'm so excited to get this DVD!

I think US shipping is free, all other countries is $5...

Did everyone that ordered pinup along with Serpentine get a notification that part of their order shipped?? I ordered Serpentine and Pinup at the same time and I still havent received pinup. I was just wanting to know if some sort of email notification is sent out that part or all of an order has shipped.

I got Pin-up but not Serpentine, did not get a notification-but I did not order those together. I emailed Scott my confirmation and he responded they are shipping my order for Serpentine out this week.

Yeah (1) we were a little late putting the finishing touches on the DVD, and then (2) the factory was overwhelmed and (3) the delivery of the DVDs to the warehouse was delayed by the the holiday, but the good news is (4)
THEY ALL SHIPPED OUT YESTERDAY AND TODAY! TO EVERYONE! EVERYWHERE!!

Well, it's Rachel Brice and a gazillion people probably ordered and a gazillion more because of the good reviews. I'm happy not to get another BD Superstars type dvd.

Yay, great news Scott! Hopefully it'll arrive here in time for my school holidays. (If it arrives earlier, I might get very sidetracked from school and work... Haha!)

I'm so excited about the four performances, and two of it I'll even be able to (try to) learn. Oh, so happy.

Hi, Jasani - hey if it is any consolation you were not alone 'waiting for Rachel' - we were going crazy over it too here at the studio!

To clarify: It is true anyone who pre-orders from WorldDanceNewYork.com or WorldDanceNewYork-Worldwide.com will always get a new DVD before those who pre-order from amazon.com. This is because when the DVDs arrive at our warehouse from the factory, we immediately send them out to our WorldDanceNewYork.com and WorldDanceNewYork-Worldwide.com customers -- on the SAME day when we ship cartons full of them to amazon.com.

This means that a couple days later, when you are opening the envelope from us and starting to learn new routines, amazon.com is only then receiving their cartons of DVDs. They still have to open those cartons, load the DVDs into their system -- and only THEN start mailing them to their customers.

This is why it's always better to order 'studio direct': Whether the new DVD arrives from the factory 'early', 'on-time', or 'late'....by ordering 'studio-direct' you will always receive it 'first.' ..g.:

i love this dvd

i just ordered it. so excited!

You know, I don't do tribal at all but this looks very tempting because of the strengthening components.

It looks so much better than her first DVD (which was one of the first bellydance dvds I ever bought - and actually got me into yoga, at least.)
