Thread: Michelle Joyce's Fitness Fusion

I went over to Cheekygirls to see if anything unexpected was on the horizon and saw a new Fitness Fusion dvd. It's 2 1/2 hours and I was excited until I realized that it contained fitness exerpts of her dvd catalog.

She has pre-mixes and you can also mix and match your workout. I've been asking for this for a long time!!! Darn, though, I really wish this had been new content. Great deal for someone who doesn't have a lot of her dvds!

Maybe, Elisheva's WDNY dvd will have this feature....

I am thinking of getting this cheeky girls dvd just for the programmable workout feature.. I do have almost all of the other dvds, but being able to customize me a workout without having to work with the independent dvds seems worth it for me! Still considering it :)

If you have all the Cheeky Girls DVDs, the only thing that will be new is the yoga segment. Mix and Match Fitness Fusion is going to be a series that recaps the "greatest hits" workouts from the Cheeky Girls catalog. I thought it might be a good product for the recession since people can get 6 DVDs in one... But if you already have the other 6 titles, this will be mostly repeated material for you.

It is geared toward the general public, so the emphasis is on keeping moving and working out rather than detailed technique explanations.

Hopefully, you'll be doing more bellydance fitness related dvds?

It's hard to fit everything in and I have a good amount of weight to lose. Lots of times, the workout that will do the job isn't a bellydance one. It would be nice to have both--and challenging ones at that.

Oh wow this sounds really good, it's exactly what I have been looking for to help fill a hole in my collection.
Being able to mix and match without changing dvd's all the time. This is on my must have list.
