Hi, Sahirah! It's hard to assess because when you say "beginner", "Intermediate", or "advanced"...well everyone means different things by these terms... We think of The Tribal Fusion Bellydance Workout as "advanced beginner-into-intermediate." I hope that helps! Take a look at the trailer for some combination samples: You will see that some are really challenging while others are completely do-able for beginners.

I just read about this on Twitter and lobbed over to see if there was any news here yet. I'm very excited about this upcoming release, anything to help me practice my Tribal.

I think the trailer looks SO cute!! love her style - and you know I'm not so much into the very modern/"Arab detached" styles. But this style is awesome! :)

I received this last week and I can say I really like it.

Irina is a sweetheat, I like her wonderfull voice. I have not danced with tis yet, but watched it as I was interesting to see some tribal styling.

The production is very nice, the whole video is just so pleasant to watch, I can't wait to have more time to work with this.

It has warm up and cooldown section, tutotial of basic moves and then the workout part.

The workout has 3 parts, upper body, lower body and whole body. It cosists of combos which are introduced gradually, builded upon.

I actually like this better than Luscious and Love Potion.

I wasn't huge fun of tribal but now I think I am changing my mind. Will try to go to some classes with Irina after I master this...g.:

This is such an excellent preparation and companion to the classes I take with Irina. I have been working with this Dvd for a while now and its so much fun to do. Im new to tribal and i feel my muscle control has improved a lot since i started this.
And its great to use as practice between Irina's classes where i can go slowly at home over similar material, her classes are rather fast paced.

Totally recommend for people with some bdance experience who want to get into tribal.
