    Any info on Oreet's Sharqui Workout series?

    I am thinking of getting Oreet's Sharqui workout...I thought I would start with Vol I, then I see there is also a "Fundamentals". Anybody know what that is; is is different material than Vol 1 and/or Vol 2, or "bits" of each?
    Any mini reviews?

    I have vol 1 & 2 and love them. I don't have fundamentals and have always wondered the same, it was filmed several years before.

    Fundamentals is the first of the DVD's she's put out, it is very very basic. 1 & 2 are definitely the ones to get. I have them both, took her 3 day workshop and got certified, and will be teaching this at a gym in the Fall! =D I love Sharqui!

    Absolutely Second the Motion!

    Oreet's format is the only fitness accredited (by both AFAA and ACE) belly dance workout.

    I got my cert, too, and can tell you it's a great workout that's founded in raks sharqui movements:)
