Thread: The Dancers Companion Vol. 1 with Azhia

I searched for it but couldn't find a thread about this DVD. It's a fantastic warm-up/drill/cooldown that has become my main drill practice DVD. I love that you can view from the front the back or the side. (This has really helped me to have an awareness of posture) I also love that it was only $15 with free shipping.

Definitely an under hyped DVD. I hope that Azhia has more DVD's headed our way in the future because both of her current DVD's are fantastic! ..g.:
