    Pops, Locks and LAYERS???

    Part 3 of the series? Interesting- anybody else seen this and/or know anything? I is a curious creature...

    Hi; I have Pops, Locks, and Shimmies (different) and think it is chockablock full, from the opening, with kick your butt drills that (even though I do tons chest movements) tire you out. So still haven't gotten to the end. But..so looking forward to when I can, because who wants a redundant, old news, make you feel good training DVD? So if they follow with this , I am suspecting it would be good.
    I would recommend the Shimmies one for sure. Cheers!
