    Honey, we all have hips , so am guessing this means it's for everybody (but does say "beginners").

    Sounds like a fun workout, wish the release date wasn't so far away!!! There's no description yet on WDNY and the only info on Amazon is that it has a 60 minute runtime.

    Yameyameyame on BHUZ is also in this video and I think she looks lovely both on the cover and in the trailer. I have the pleasure of knowing her in person and she is just as graceful in person as on DVD.

    I'm totally excited to see Yame on dvd :-) It's weird - via bhuz you have the feeling to "know" some people, and then seeing them on dvd it feels like one of your friends hits stardom
