MassRaqs is back for its second festival. This year we are hosting Hadia of Canada, Karim Nagi, Katia of Boston, and Meiver to teach three days' worth of workshops. We are also hosting a Friday party with a live band to celebrate the beginning of our weekend, two dazzling performances, and a Sunday panel discussion, "Cultural Appropriation and the Globalization of Belly Dance."
