Thread: Has anyone ordered from IsisExchange?

I've heard some good but would like more details and opinions - what are their shipping rates, do they do a good job on special orders, if you have an idea of what you want can they make the modifications to an existing "model" they have on their web site to create what you asked for? Thanks in advance for any and all comments!

I have a friend who ordered a while ago...she's still waiting.

i've only bought things from their ebay store and never had a problem. i don't know about custom orders... on ebay they usually respond fairly quickly to questions.

A friend of mine did a custom order from them and waited over 6 months for the costume. She probably would have waited longer if she hadn't been calling them everyday asking where her costume was. When the costume finally arrived, it was completely different from the one she had ordered. Not only was it a different colour from what she asked, which she could have delt with, but it was a completely different style from what she had chosen. Then there was another battle to get her money back, which she finally did thanks to paypal.

However I have also read and heard good things about them, from people who have ordered hip scarves and not custom ordered bedlah. I wonder if its just the custom order stuff that they are bad with.

I have ordered a costume from them on Ebay a long time ago (about 3 years). The quality wasn't great, but it was sort of my fault - it was very very cheap so what could I expect? I sold it and recouped my costs.

However dealing with them was very pleasant - great communication and I received my order in about 48 hours, or something like that.
So I would recommend them based on their ethics.

I personally never had a problem with Isis Exchange. I always order from them. They have amazing deals I find for the price you pay and they deliver fast. I hope this might help..g.:
