Thread: Graceful Arms and Hands with Bozenka

Yes! I got it for Christmas :-) It has a lot of good arm/hand positions. There isn't a ton of applied arms work- as in do this with the rest of your body while your arms/hands are doing this> but I think this lets the dancer be more creative...
Some of it is basic (though it's good to be reminded of superb technique) 3 different kinds of snake arms, sunrise and sunset arms, lotus hands are in there...hmmm what else...some nice swooshes, "grooming" and "looking through the window" (some pretty about the face articulations ;-) I love Bozenka- She's amazingly elegant and inspiring! This was a great addition to my DVD library
