Jenna is listed in directory under Jennabean. I sent a private message. Just thought I would let other bhuzzers know so that you can do the same. I am sending emails every day and posting in other forums.

We certainly can ban users. .p:: Let's start working on this by using a new Forum, it is called Complaints and it lives directly on top of the Swap Meet - you will see it when you click on the Swap Meet. Put detailed info on problem sellers and check the list when you are planning to buy something on the Swap Meet.

Nope, have not heard back and I did ask for a refund if my fans were not sent. Not one single request for refund?? Whaaaaat??
I'm sorry but every time I have started to get crusty about my fans, I get this story. This is old news. If she was so upset by the lack of email contact from her vendor, why has she done the same to us? I am sorry but I am a bit sceptical of the power story at this point. I think she may have been alerted to this thread and has to do damage control.

has anyone had any luck contacting Jenna? I've sent three emails thru tribe , posted on tribe forum, and sent emails to the jhip address..did anyone get a response from any of these emails? I'm getting desperate/anxious/worried/peeved

I just got an email today, pointing me towards the posting on Tribe, saying that my fan was sent weeks ago (no tracking number sent or notice of shipping despite my request) that it was returned (?? shipping to hubby's work address...never had a problem!) and was resent last Thursday global priority post. Again, no tracking number given. If it was returned why did she not contact me? There are huge holes in her stories...
I responded by asking again for a tracking number. Global priority should have it here by end of week. I'll keep you posted. You have every right to be angry...I'm seriously pissed. ,m::

My hubby said the fans just arrived at his work. It shows that she shipped on Friday.
I would still like my complaint against this seller to be added to the complaint/ swap meet board. I did send a complaint to Rosey. I will add the update but people should see that it wasn't until buyers started kicking and screaming that anything got done. ,m:: I will not order from Jenna again and will warn others. It appears there are other better vendors for fans of this sort and I will give them my business in the future.
I hope that yours arrive soon Afra, Kharis, Jes and everyone else. I will post about the quality when I have them in my hands. I hope that you sent in complaints for the thread too.
Keep me posted.

Hi ladies,
Okay, received fans. Silk is nice quality, good colour but the edges are really choppy. Not cut straight. You need to add Fray Check and I can see why. Loose threads on ends. Quality is not very good (not sure how long they will last), even hubby thought they were cheaply made. He has not heard my drama so he was just basing that opinion on what came out of the box. Wood from the fan itself splinters but maybe that happens with fans in general? Don't know as I am new to them so am willing to give benefit of the doubt.
That said, I think that they will be fun while they last and I will enjoy seeing what i can do with them. Do I think they were worth the $70? Not really but at least now I have something to show for the $. Would be interested to hear feedback from others when they are received.

Mine arrived on Thursday and all I can say is that I am very glad I only paid what I did, as there are frayed edges galore. I am of the opinion that if I want any more I will make my own because based on what I've got here I could make something at least as passable for stage use. The upside though is that a quick play around that afternoon showed me that for stage use it'll be fine providing I understand that there's a limited life span involved.
BTW Never heard anything from Faye after two emails saying I wanted to place an order. . .

Afra, my apologies re not answering your emails. I checked my faye@faye4u.com email account and I did not have any emails from you. I will check with the administrator to verify if there is a problem I am unaware of but I honestly did not receive anything from you. (BTW, thank you for the posting - otherwise I would not have known there was a problem. Now I am wondering what other emails I have not received.) I do have the fans in-stock and would have happily tried to assist you in your quest. faye

I'm not at all sure that I would support a movement to ban Jenna from Bhuz as a user. She certainly has some issues with her business. I'm not sure yet if I'll order again or not. But poor business choices doesn't strike me as a reason to ban someone. I don't believe that deceit or duplicity is her intent.
