Yes, I agree. I don't think she deliberately tried to scam anyone, just very bad communication skills. It's sad that we all had to complain before she responded personally to any of us, but hopefully that's an important lesson learned for the future. Personally, I was disappointed with the quality of what I received but that's not a good enough reason to ban her - I may have been unlucky.

Agreed. Originally I asked about banning because I had not heard from her and was worried it was a scam. Now, simply listing it under complaints is sufficient I think.

I ordered fanveils from Jenna a few days before this thread was started. Today I received an e-mail from Jenna saying the fans are on their way from China and she expects to have them soon. I will post again when I receive them.
I don't think she should be banned from Bhuz, she's new at being a vendor and from her tribe posts it sounds like she has suffered enough emotional and financial hardship in selling these fans.

OTOH, I also ordered from Faye once I found out she had fans in stock and ready to ship. I paypaled her on Thursday and the fans arrived at my local post office on Monday. They're gorgeous, they're the really long ones. The only bad thing is that they're unhemmed, but my aunt is a seamstress so I'll have them hemmed before they start fraying. Otherwise the quality is great, they stay open and can open as quickly as could be expected given the amount of fabric they have.
