Fellow dancers, I recently worked with Myra Krien's Anatomy of a Hip Circle, and was amazed that I hadn't previously heard of such a useful program.
A review is up here on my blog: atisheh: dance and fitness views and reviews: Review of Myra Krien's Anatomy of a Hip Circle
But the short version -- lots of drills for dance support, targeted exercises to get you focusing on using particular muscles to drive movement, and most valuable to me, work on getting the psoas to do pulling movements of the abs. This made me so happy, since my poor belly is flabby these days.
Enjoy!
