I've just reviewed Michelle Joyce's Insider Secrets video. In short, if you have aspirations of taking your dance outside your local market, it's a must-see.

Thanks for this! I was curious about the video. I'm not a pro and never will be, so I'm unlikely to shill out for it, but I have to admit I'd love to hear the story of how she started the company.

Well, it seems like this vid is not available anymore. Boo.

Does anyone know of other sources to access this info? And here I don't mean bootlegs of the above, I mean similar content (setting up website, pictures, etc...) but from another (good) source. I've seen some kits on Amazon, but the whole point of wanting Michelle's was bc a-it was contents intended at people who are not familiar with those things; and b-specifically aimed at dancers. I'm not sure how to go about finding something that will fulfill my needs and be of good quality for a similar price.

(Side question: why would this vid not be available anymore? Obviously there will be people wanting to start their business at different times, why not make it available all the time? I mean, the vid is already made, garnered good reviews, and from what I can tell after my search, is the only one out there for dancers. So why not maximize revenue from it? I don't get it.)

this was exclusive to rakstv.com but doesn't seem to be available anymore. Maybe contacting them to ask? Zari is quite easy to communicate with.

I did, and they said it is not available at this time. I would have much preferred to support someone from the community, unfortunately I need the info now.

Hi Everyone,

I have received a lot of questions about this video and a lot of interest in having it revived. Due to popular demand, I am planning to re-release it soon. I'll make announcements when that happens. But it will only be available for a limited time when re-released also. Here is why:

1 - It is a workshop that I am currently teaching and I wanted to make sure that I would still be hired to teach it in the future. If the content was available to everyone at all times there would be no reason for people to hire me personally.

2 - The material is time sensitive. In other words, the info that I gave about rates, search engine optimization, and technology was specific to 2012. In just one year that information might not be accurate anymore. Every time I teach this workshop it is updated because technology and the economy are constantly changing.

3 - It was an experiment. I like the idea of teaching my current workshops online, but I worry that doing so will result in fewer workshop bookings. After all, it is way more expensive to fly me out to teach a workshop than it is to rent the video. So the result is "limited edition" content.
