    They were 250-300$
If you like to use more expensive materials the price will be higher.
For these costumes I used high quality beads and fabrics but didn't use Swarovski rhinestones.
so you have time to collect ideas for your future unique costume

    Wow! I want one!
Yes, taking off the original straps of a bra and putting on new fabric so no one can tell it was a store bra is a better idea- your beading is so nice. I don't know how to use Bhuz really well- can we talk by email? ninadances@gmail.com

Gorgeous!! The Aladdin bra is so cute too! :) If you don't have a website yet, in addition to listing here, you can try etsy.com for listing your handmade stuff, very inexpensive to list and listings are on for 4 months.
Hope someday we are both famous so you can charge more, and I can afford it too! :P

Thanks!!! I like Etsy too. Sometimes I spend hours looking handmade things. A lot of talented people. I also sell on Ebay and Etsy.
While we are not famous I can make costume that you can afford now.

    Merry Christmas and Happy NY

Love the costumes! The ethereal fantasy element is well conveyed. They are true princess costumes! Good luck with your business and I will pass your info along to others.
The changes you made to the straps etc. really changed the costumes ...good job.

Re: Fairy Tale Belly Dance costumes

To anyone who likes this style and is thinking of ordering from Raya, I would totally recommend her.

She was great to do business with and very communicative. From the first email I sent her letting her know about my ideas until the last letting her know I had received the costume, she stayed in touch letting me know the progress of the costume with pictures and telling me her own ideas.

For this costume, I had only a very basic idea of what I wanted so I let her do her thing. At any point in time I could have told her I didn't like something and she could have changed it, but I thought she was doing a great job so that wasn't necessary.

The costume, like the others she has shown here, is very beautiful, unique, and fairly priced. I will post pictures once I have them, but it will probably be a few months before I get the chance to either do a photoshoot or performance with it.

In any case, I will definitely be ordering from her again when I get a chance.

As you probably know by now; your costumes are absolutly beautiful. I am in love with them and they would work well for some of the places I go to and perform (like Renn. Fairs). I would love to see more. The only problem I have is I wear a 38D on top, and a large bottom. I am very odd shaped because I have a small mid section so it is hard to find any that fit just right. I end up making my own, which works cause I mainly do tribal fusion style. But I would love to see if you could come up with something.

Thank you so much. I'm a little bit busy now with my orders but later we can discuss your future costume.

Raya - you are a star in the making! I love how original your costumes are - you don't see this kind of embroidery and beadwork on BD costumes. Just wonderful.
