Silkdancer is happy to announce the opening of the Silkdancer Etsy store!

All silks by Shaula, Silkdancer specializes in exquisite hand-dyed silks for bellydance
including rectangle veils in 3, 3-1/2 and 4 yard china silk,
hand dyed smooth silk chiffon, iridescent chiffon silks,
circle veils and semi-circle veils, circle skirts

and (primarily custom) fan veils and veils for poi.

Also for the month of December, 10% off all prepaid custom orders, and $10 custom fee waived lead time 3-4 weeks from final customer approval of order. Color matching fees still apply. Don't know exactly what you want? Discounted custom coupons good for six months from date of purchase are also available for the month of December.

3 yard veils custom average $49.00 - $55.00, skirts $99-$129 and arm sleeves are usually between $20-$35 depending on the detail and amount of sewing. Discounts for sets start at 10% for 1-2 items, and 5% for each additional item - not to exceed 20%. (i.e. skirt plus veil = 10%, skirt, veil and sleeves = 15%) I'd have to know exactly what you needed for an accurate quote. Discount does not apply to shipping.

Fighting Fish fan veils are made to order, and can be made in any color. The price for the pair is $95.00 + shipping. Lead time generally runs 3-4 weeks. Color matching is available for an additional $20.00, as it often involves mixing 2-3 dyes and can take an afternoon to get the right color. Most often, though if a customer sends me a swatch I can get very close with the extensive choice of dyes I have in stock :).

Custom orders pre-paid in the Month of December are on sale for 10% off.

Oh, that one was HARD to part with...I don't have any more. It was an experiment that went terribly right for a change! I am still trying to recreate it. I will keep you posted~!!
