Dance Styles: American Cabaret Belly Dance

Belly Dance is a beautiful artform and you will be learning from a full-time multi award winning professional belly dance performer who specializes in the art of Middle Eastern Dance. She provides training primarily in American Caberet style middle eastern dance. These classes provide a well rounded education as we work to achieve balance through dance.

Adonia's upbeat style and fun personality will help you relax and have fun while getting in shape. Pulling from her training in the Suhaila Salimpour School of Dance and CYT200 yoga teacher training to find safety and strength in all we do. Adonia’s students will have opportunities for group “field trips” to see shows and attend community events. She encourages all her students to follow their heart to finding their own unique style of dance. The class atmosphere is one of kindness, positive growth, and above all FUN!
Classes available for all skill levels.
