Hi!
My head si small (the opposite of my body!) so we don't see my eyebrows either. I think the most important thing is that you are confortable and the shamadan is well balanced so you can dance well.

What Caro said. There is no Right position for a Shamadan to be in on your forehead. Being able to see eyebrows is good (do I even need to point out Not covering eyes is Good ;-) but where it ends up can depend on anything from your shamadan style, to your hair-do to the shape of your head/length of your forehead/face proportions and so on.

I have a really small forehead, so it always covers my eyebrows.
If you are the same, remember to always raise your eyebrows as you put the shamadan on. This will help you to avoid looking angry

Amid a very busy wedding season, I have had the opposite problem to ponder...my crown seems especially shallow compaired to the 'normal' shamedans that I have seen. I find that mind sits well above my brows and has a lot less room for error when balancing! I wish I had a deeper crown!
Meanwhile...you may also wish to pad the inside of your crown to make it more stable...you can use mole foam or even wrap the crown with strips of fabric to hide the padding and match your costume!
