Nebtidi Mnain El Hikaya by Mohammed Abdul Wahab. There's a version of it on BDSS 1.

I recently danced to George Abdo version of this song with greek lirycs. It's called Ta Mavra Makia Sou (Your black eyes), beautiful song.

I love the George Abdo version as well - it has lovely vocals and is a bit less up tempo than the YouTube version.

My alltime favorite song to dance to either the Arabic or Greek version.

Also available on Suhaila Salimpour's Arabian Musicals Vol. 3 and Jalilah's raks Sharki 5, Stars of Casino Opera. Suhaila's version is slower with lots of violin. Jalilah's version is actually a 17 minute medley that contains part 1, & 2 of the entire song Neptidi that was sung by Abdel Halim Hafiz.

I have a copy video of Suheir Zaki dancing to all three parts. My copy just says "Suheir Zaki" so I don't know what video it is but it's well worth it if you can find it. She's wearing one of her favorite red beledi dresses.

    Quick note:

matia (not makia) = eyes in Greek
