Thread: Good link for history?

One of the local papers is doing a story on me (and bellydance in general). Since my historical assertions don't agree with Wikipedia's dance page (I tried to explain that wikipedia is not a source to this reporter, but eh). I was wondering if there's a good, quick link to information on line for him to use as citations?

I've been searching and finding so much inaccurate information that I'm rather overwhelmed! Why aren't other dancers more informed about history?

This makes me want to get everyone on bhuz together, write a history book, and send it to all the teachers/dancers out there. How are students, or reporters, or other dancers ever going to know the real history if so much out there is wrong?
