Thread: ISO Video Clip of Turkish Style Dancing to Aziza

I'm looking for a clip of a Turkish dancer or Turkish style dancer dancing to that famous piece of music Aziza. My searching has been overwhelmed with all the dancers named Aziza dancing to other pieces. Can any of you refer me to a clip somewhere?

Don't have a clip, just a little idea: Have you searched for "Azize" (with spelling variations, of course)?

Oh mine...every time we do a live music with Zorbas Greek Band, I start the show with Azize...I will try to find my "style" of interpretation of it if I have it recorded in one of the videos.

They used to play that song for me all the time in Greektown, really jazzed up with the bouzoukee. Unfortunately no clips at all from those days.

That clip you put up on the other thread of Tulay Karaca in the pink costume, where they have her dancing in front of a background that changes all the time, (the second clip in post #50), that is the first part of a larger performance piece, and she ends it with Aziza, if you could maybe find the second half of it on youtube, if it was posted.

I have a VHS of Sema yildiz dancing to aziza a few times. one of these might be on youtube if you search sema yildiz.

so she does...how could I have missed that? She really only does a short version for a finale on that clip, but it might work for my purposes.

Also, that Tulay clip is from a vcd called Iste Oryantal, it's got a bunch of Turkish dancers on it, and I believe at least one of the other dancers besides Tulay dances to Aziza, maybe you could look on youtube under the vcd name?
