Hmm, you can do Haflas with all performances to ME music, and mostly ME music being played. That way, if someone wants to do Turkish style or Khaleegy there can be room for that. Plus, there are say, Lebanese singers doing Egyptian style etc.

Personally, I would be dissappointed to attend a halfa and find half the songs to be techno.
