    To put these thots into a western perspective . . .

    Think about music in the movies. Good music. Written especially (or selected especially) for that movie.

    The purpose of the music in most movies is to evoke an emotional response: fear, anxiety, sadness, romance, love, yearning, light-heartedness, humor.

    Check it out next time you see a movie.
