Can anyone identify these veil props?

I feel a little stupid asking this. I am unfamiliar with some of the non-traditional props but I saw this dance and think it is beautiful:

see the dancer at 4:28 on this youtube

Does anyone have experience with these? Know where they can be purchased?

    Opinions welcome!

    THANKS!

Those are veil poi, also called voi. I am not sure who is selling them right now, but I think both jesennia and michelle joyce had them for sale at one point. I think there are instructionals out by Dana Beaufait and Michelle Joyce

Aloha, I dye a variety of sizes for veil poi..these look like they might be large half circles..the half circles make a wonderful curve .

Many of the experienced dancers I supply use the large half circles but you can also use smaller rectangles as well.

Veil poi is all the rage right now. We have a bunch of dancers in the Chicago area that perform them now. The above links will help you find instructions and ways to either make them or buy them.

I love dancing with a single veil poi and have performed with it twice now. There's something simply amazing about just moving with it. It makes for a very interactive dance partner. What's really cool is veil dancing, and then at the height of your music, revealing this whole new wonder to your routine. It takes veil dancing to a whole different level.

As far as that video posted: Man I would have killed to be in the audience to that show. It has everything I love. Oriental, Folk, voi, and FIRE! All the performances on the youtube video looked pretty amazing.
