Thread: Maqam Newsletter - May Hariri

I just opened up the Maqam Newsletter & took a listen to the tracks by May Hariri on the "Habibi Inta" CD

Anyone have? Sounds like fun pop dance music.

(I loved their environmental message by the way, good on them for that!)

I got it and it is really a good CD. I used track #2 at a performance and everybody was up and dancing.
I can't stop myself from buying new music and i'm a total maqam addict. I check their new releases almost every day. their service is great, prices can't be beat, and i agree with you dani it was a really good message. makes me feel really good about my purchases and that there is a company out there doing good. (is that just another excuse to keep buying music?) ;)
aside from May hariri I love the new dj kambo cd. I just got the new nadia gamal one they have but haven't listened to it yet.

Glad you responded - I'm trying to buy new music (not new for everyone else but for me). I haven't bought CDs in a year probably!

another great cd I just got was the new dj kambo samarkand spices. it is really really good inspiring music.
