Thread: Save the date--4th Annual HoHoHo Habibi Hafla 12/20 (IL)

Full details to follow, but please save the date for the 4th Annual HoHoHo Habibi! Performances, shopping, open dancing and a live drum jam! This special event is near and dear to my heart...100% of the door goes to People's Resource Center in Wheaton, IL. They are a wonderful organization that provides food, social services, literacy programs and more to families in need in DuPage county. 95% of every dollar they receive goes directly to those in need. I'm setting a personal goal to raise $1500 this year!!!

In addition to the money we raise this is a Leave No Bellies Behind food drive for the PRC food pantry, all non-perishable food items are welcome! Last year there was barely enough room for me in the car, every last inch was stuffed with food donations ..l;,

FINALLY confirmed....the event will be held at Immanuel Lutheran School, 142 E. Third Street in Elmhurst, IL 60126.

I'm officially on the hunt for performers, drummers and vendors! I'll be in touch with dancers that previously contacted me and there's a special "thank you for still speaking to me" half-price table discount for vendors that sweated it out at this year's MBC!! ..g.:

6:30pm Doors open to the public
7:00-8:00pm Open dancing and LIVE DRUM JAM!
