Oh, Kay Taylor/Faridadance with Sara Farouk and Leila and Yasmina and Kazafy!! Yes, that would be be fun. I thought about it because I want to go back Luxor to do a bit more exploring but May is getting a bit hot and the prices of airfare are going up . . . from the States that is!!

I was checking airfares last night and the one in February is $300 cheaper than one in April that I looked at (April=Nile Group Festival). Afraid to look at May and June, which are the 2 other timeframes.

You are right . . . so much stuff going on . . . better if you are being able to parlay that into income as opposed to outgo!!

Khadijah is a beatifull dancer, I second that. I saw her both in Amsterdam and in Duisburg, on the big Leyla Jouvana show.

You might also be interested in this Egyptian teachter, living in Amsterdam.

I can also recommend Enussah of Germany. She was my teacher for a while and she's a very accomplished dancer with a wide repertoire and she's a very nice person!

Herzlich Willkommen im Scarabeo Palace & bei Enussah

Forgot to mention that she speaks English well, too!

I'm not sure what style of dancer your friend is looking for, but for the more modern style I would recommend:

Dalila from Italy (who dances in Cairo too)
