    anybody want to rep philly?

    i have a friend who just moved to philadelphia and is looking for a teacher. she danced for a few years and then took a break... she's excited to start dancing again. any teachers on here in that area?

    P-p-p-lease have her to log onto Philly Raqs. It is like the Shira.net of the Philadelphia/NJ/DE region.
