Thread: bellydancing in Tampa?

Headed to Tampa area on Wednesday, may be able to see a show on Thursday/Friday/Saturday night... where do I go? Thanks! Would love to dance at a hafla too ..g.:

my friend moved to that area almost a year ago and she hasn't found much there. Good luck. If you do find something let me know so I can tell her. She really wants to start dancing again.

There is a lot in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area to choose from depending on your style.

There are performances most weekends at Mirage Restaurant (Clearwater), Acropolis (Tampa & Clearwater), Byblos (Tampa), and quite a few others, but I can't remember them off-hand.

There are a lot of other teachers & troupes in the area as well Belly Dance Florida has a pretty good list :)
