the incomparable Yousry Sharif, world-renowned master of Oriental dance, returning to Chicago for a weekend of challenge and inspiration!

Yousry's trademark workshop—a choreography taught over two days, created on the spot as inspired by the music, the surroundings, and the students themselves—will take place Saturday-Sunday, followed by a Master Class Sunday night. Mr. Sharif's process—not to mention the rare opportunity to see him dance!—is as profound and enlightening an experience as the learning the choreo itself.

A Gala Show kicks off the weekend's events Friday evening - don't miss it!

I am so looking forward to getting challenged and inspired by Yousry Sharif again... Anyone who's studied with him knows how much his instruction takes your dancing to the next level!! I "heart" Yousry!!
