Leila has just confirmed what she will be teaching - no choreography.

Mon 30 Aug - Questions and Answers from the Trenches: Life in Cairo as a Belly Dancer
Tues 31 Aug - Sami Ali: Revisiting Sahar Hamdi's Signature Songs.

Absolutely. Alia will be sponsoring her there for a 4 hour workshop, I believe, and a show. Alia came to camp this year. You can see her and some of the people she brought from Vermont in the video. They were great fun.

Alia and I are hosting her :) I was so bummed I couldn't make it this time, hoping to go to her winter one! She is great, because she's American and had to "relearn" the true modern Cairo style. It's easier to learn from her to me because she understands the differences because of this.

Yes, if not for Amity, there would be no Leila in VT. Amity and I texted internationally to set this up :).

LOVE this video! Leila is like an angel sprinkling fairy dust on all our enjoyment--which is exactly what she did for the entire camp!

I am hoping to make it to the DC workshops too--it is worth the trip to get it all!

To see her family in Washington, but I don't know if she will be teaching there. She didn't say.
