Belly Dance/Weight Loss*
This class is designed for people who prefer to dance as a form of conditioning. Belly dance is one of the most ancient and evolved forms of dance in the world. It’s a powerful way to lose weight because you burn calories and fat while massaging and stimulating your digestive system, which increases your metabolism. Teacher may include core conditioning exercises at the end of class. This class is perfect for all levels of fitness and dance experience.
