Thread: You Think You Can Belly Dance? Contest--Details

The SYTYCBD Contest was such a smashing success at the 2010 event that we are delighted to bring this contest experience back for it's second year.

This competition is not for the faint of heart! You will be expected to excel in a wide range of styles, dress to impress no matter what type of belly dance is thrown at you, learn new choreography and perform it live on a professional stage, possibly perform with props or improv to live ...music, and do it all while expressing your charm, charisma, and talent.

Are you up to the task?

The winner will receive $500 & a solo spot at our Sunday Night "It's a Wrap" Party. Additional prizes will be announced closer to the event.

Our winner of the 2010 "So, You Think You Can Belly Dance? Contest" is in Morocco right now! Aurora Ongaro won a full package to the Mediterranean Delight Festival including accommodations.

Their scores, along with input from our audience, will determine our 2011 "Ultimate Belly Dance Artist" who will receive $500 cash and a brand new custom costume.
