    Belly Dance for Birth Instructor

    Good afternoon :) I'm looking for a belly dance for birth instructor. I currently teach women of all ages and would like to be instructed on the appropriate way to teach pre-natal belly dance specifically geared to tone a mother's muscles for labor as well as love their changing body. I'd prefer anyone in PA but could travel to the following states: NJ, NJ, MD, VA. Thanks!

    Have you checked out "Dancing Through Pregnancy" ? I think they're headquartered on the east coast.
