Cory, maybe Zorba can help you troubleshoot? Sendspace.com should be pretty user friendly if you have a .mov or .avi or .mp4 version of your file. Just click the upload button and it will open a dialogue box for you to find and select your video to upload. Enter my email address in the "TO:" box and it will automatically send me a link to download it.
