Fifi is coming back to Dallas . . . April 18-20, 2008. Little Egypt is looking for 2-3 troupes to invite to dance in the Friday night show for the Fifi Abdo workshop.

Yes, Fifi is coming back to Dallas . . . April 18-20, 2008. Dr. Mo Geddawi will be there too.

Nope, not on the website yet . . . the webmistress has been off visiting family in Tennessee so she hasn't put the updates out there yet.

Sorry, for not adding the dates before (I'll change that) . . . hehe, I was just assuming since I have been blathering about it in another topic for over 2 weeks that everyone knew!

To teach or dance?

To teach - Dr. Mo Geddawi will be there with Fifi in April. In August, Dina, Dandash and Randa with Dr. Mo again (lol) and some TBA Western teachers.

Not sure who else is going to dance for the Fifi show as the invitations are still to be sent out.

I think one of the factors that always helps me decide which classes to take is the content being taught. I loved that about ACN. You knew what you were getting.

Since I'm working Saturdays at teh barn I'd like to see what Dr Mo is teaching to know if I need to have the girls makeup a day! LOL! What's more important, bellydance or my ponies..... Hard call!

If you want to come to the States, then why not? It isn't a paid gig, just the usual deal . . . you take workshop and can dance in the show if invited. Dee Dee just wants something new for the show, so she likes to get suggestions for new dancers. I like to see new dancers too . . . like everywhere else, we've seen the same dancers a few times.

I'd contact her and talk about it!!
